"Perfect Match Nannies has been an excellent resource for our family- twice! We moved to a smaller town location in Wisconsin and it was difficult to find quality child care. Nettie (the owner) provided our family with excellent candidates and did extensive screenings, interviews and background checks prior to our family even meeting potential employees. She is always available for advisement, resources for payroll and other legal information. Our first home manager was with us quite some time, but in the end, did not work out due to feeling overwhelmed by her role with our family. We were provided the same exemplary services by Nettie again! We currently have an excellent nanny who has been reliable and safe. A lot of folks get concerned when they hear about the fees involved for starting a search. I have told those that have spoken to me that every penny is worth it. Some agencies do not go the extra lengths that Perfect Match Nannies does to protect your children and family. Nettie speaks at national conferences and also holds local continuing education conferences for nannies and continues to work herself as a part-time nanny, when needed. "I have no idea how you intuitively brought us the exact nanny that we needed in the very first 2 profiles. I really thought our family situation was going to be a difficult one to find someone for, and you were very honest about this with us, as well. We have some 'issues' to put it lightly. But you listened. In the past I've utilized two other agencies in our searches, and never was given information about reviews, walked through how to keep a nanny for long-term (maybe THAT had something to do with our past track record!) and never was provided with as detailed of resources that we received this time around by deciding to go with your agency. The experience, working knowledge and communication that Nettie provided was outstanding. I was impressed that you came to our home to meet with us and I was very impressed at the trouble-shooting advice you gave us in a matter-of-fact seasoned kind of way.
