About Us

Meet the Perfect Match Nannies team!

Nettie Weber

Agency Founder
Director of Placement

Nettie Weber founded Perfect Match Nannies (“PMN”) as a result of networking with many families and nannies in Wisconsin that were utilizing a myriad of nanny location venues. Nettie listened to countless stories of poor face-to-face quality service, lack of staff knowledge about the nanny industry/laws, and background screening techniques that were either sub-par or not completed as contracted and set out to create an agency that would be superior in these areas of service. And today, from excellent testimonials and referrals from both clients and nannies, PMN has grown to be a highly respected resource for its knowledge, personal face-to-face attention, placement longevity, and in-depth candidate screening processes.

Nettie possesses an early childhood educational focus and background, with a minor in music education and has worked in the childcare industry for 10 years, over 7 of them being in the direct field of nannying and home management for a wide scope of families in Southern Wisconsin, ranging from the rural farm family to the high profile political family. Currently, Nettie is part of the newsletter team for the International Nanny Association (“INA”) and is a featured agency writer for Celeb Staff Magazine. Nettie also speaks at schools, colleges, and at meetings and other community events by request.

In 2007, Nettie was a presenter at the INA Conference in Washington, D.C., and also facilitated and hosted a successful National Nanny Day Out event held in Janesville, WI. In 2008, Nettie has been selected to present a workshop at the INA Conference in Orlando. The workshop received superior evaluations by attendees. She will be presenting a workshop at the National Association for Nanny Care Conference in Philadelphia in 2008, as well. PMN will be hosting its own educational and networking Nanny Retreat in September 2008.

Community involvement is very important to Nettie. She chaired an American Cancer Society Relay For Life event for 3 consecutive years ('04-'06), building record event totals during that time. PMN is a proud sponsor of West Madison Little League and also donates 3% of profits to the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
