What do our fees include?

We are the ONLY agency in Wisconsin offering:

• The ONE YEAR placement guarantee of your employee!
• Immediate update alerts regarding your employee’s criminal/driving records for the duration of employment with your family!
• Personal face-to-face consultations with 100% of our Families!
• The requirement that our candidates provide five (5) childcare references!
• Membership for your placement to the professional childcare-related organization of their choice, upon working for your family six (6) months!
• Personal interviews, by PMN staff, with all local candidates prior to their being presented to you
• For candidates outside of the area, alternative in-depth interviewing techniques are used
• Pre-screening of all candidates presented to your family:
  • Five (5) highly-detailed and verified childcare references
  • Social Security Track
  • DMV/MVR Records
  • Criminal History
  • Civil Records
  • Federal Records
  • Sex Offender Search
  • Web searches
• Ongoing consulting services throughout the course of the family/placement relationship

AGENCY PLACEMENT FEES

There is a $500 commencement fee for permanent placement services.

Permanent placement (more than 120 days): 10% of the placement's first year's gross total compensation package (subtract commencement fee)

Temporary placement (less than 120 days): 10% of the placement’s total compensation package for the term of employment

Minimum placement fee for 1-7 days: $200
Minimum placement fee for 7-119 days: $500
